Aareal Bank provides €129 million financing for the acquisition of "Garden Tower" building in Frankfurt/Main

Aareal Bank AG has financed the acquisition of the "Garden Tower", a high-rise office building in Frankfurt/Main, by Curzon Capital Partners IV LP, a fund managed by property investment company Tristan Capital Partners.

Wiesbaden, 15 December 2015 – Aareal Bank AG has financed the acquisition of the "Garden Tower", a high-rise office building in Frankfurt/Main, by Curzon Capital Partners IV LP, a fund managed by property investment company Tristan Capital Partners. Aareal Bank acted as lender for the five-year, €129 million financing.

Centrally located in Frankfurt's banking district, Garden Tower is a 126-metre building consisting of two towers, one with 15 floors and the second with 27, plus five basement levels. The high-rise building complex was thoroughly refurbished, and fitted with a glass front, between 2003 and 2005. The Garden Tower was awarded a 'very good' BREEAM sustainability rating in 2006.
